At Preeti’s Kitchen, we’re a small but passionate team working hard to deliver clean, home-style Indian food from our kitchen to yours. Each order is carefully prepared and packed fresh, and we truly appreciate your support and understanding as we grow. ❤️

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your order within 6 working hours of placing it. Please refer to your order confirmation email for details.

If you’d like to cancel after that, write to us at preetiskitchendelhiinfo@gmail.com or call +91 9811374359, +91 9810038610 — we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t entered the preparation or dispatch stage yet.

Once the order is dispatched, we’re unable to process cancellations.

Please note:

  • Shipping timelines are 2–8 business days depending on your location.

  • Sundays and major Indian holidays may cause minor shipping delays — we appreciate your patience.

  • For international orders, customs clearance, duties, or delays are not covered by Preeti’s Kitchen and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • For Delhi NCR orders: Same-day or next-day delivery available
  • All orders are carefully processed to ensure freshness, with shipping charges applied at checkout

We’ll review your concern and, where appropriate, process a replacement.

In case of damaged, missing, or spoiled items:

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing preetiskitchendelhiinfo@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the invoice

  • One image of the outer box

  • Two clear images of the damaged product

✅ In multi-item shipments, only the affected product can be replaced.
⏱️ We’ll respond within 24–48 hours and offer a prompt, fair resolution.
❌ Refunds cannot be processed for these cases, but we’re happy to replace the product(s).

📸 Tip: Please make a short unboxing video before opening your package seal. This helps us verify any claims of damage or missing products.

Important Note

We are unable to accept returns based on taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as natural variations occur in home-style foods.
